JSD Apparel – Shipping Policy
Order Processing & Shipping Timeframes
Orders typically ship within 5–7 business days unless otherwise specified in the individual product listing or confirmed in writing. Production timelines may vary based on order size, customization, and product availability.
Shipping Information Responsibility
Clients are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information for all orders.
When an order is shipping to any location other than the client’s primary place of business, the following information must be provided in writing prior to production or shipment:
- Company / Recipient Name
- Attn: (required for schools, job sites, warehouses, or shared locations)
- Full Shipping Address (no P.O. boxes unless approved)
- Contact Phone Number
- Required Delivery Date (event date or deadline)
Incorrect or Incomplete Shipping Information
JSD Apparel is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or misdeliveries caused by incorrect, incomplete, or outdated shipping information provided by the client. Any address corrections, rerouting, reshipping, or replacement costs resulting from incorrect information will be the client’s responsibility.
Delivery Dates & Transit Times
Requested delivery dates are not guaranteed unless confirmed in writing and approved prior to production. Carrier transit times are estimates and are outside of JSD Apparel’s control. Clients are strongly encouraged to allow buffer time for event-based orders.
Carrier Responsibility & Shipment Acceptance
Once an order has been handed over to the designated delivery carrier and tracking information has been provided, JSD Apparel is no longer responsible for the shipment. Any concerns regarding lost, delayed, or damaged packages after carrier acceptance must be addressed directly with the selected delivery service.
Clients are responsible for ensuring someone is available to receive deliveries at the provided shipping location.
